Marcelo Mackinlay

Founder and President, Marcelo Mackinlay has over 16 years of Recruitment and Staffing experience. He has worked in the agency/executive search industry, has corporate staffing management experience, and he has worked as a Director of Consulting for two Tier I e-Recruitment software vendors (Taleo and Vurv).

As Director, Professional Services and Project Manager at Taleo (formerly Recruitsoft), Marcelo consulted to Fortune 500 companies throughout North America to develop and enhance their Talent Acquisition strategies, including; metrics identification, staffing process re-engineering, sourcing strategies, employee referral programs, employment branding, career site optimization, and product training.

Mavix Consulting, established in 2006, has worked with organizations such L-3 Communications, Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Research in Motion (BlackBerry), Rogers Communications, Bell Mobility, XLTEK, and Canada Revenue Agency.

Additionally, Marcelo has provided recruitment and technology consulting to companies including;
